Onboarding lasts about a month and each cohort is capped at 23 members.
You’ll learn the language and frameworks members use to evaluate deals, meet the Advisors you’ll work with, and understand how to use the Lab when real questions come up. After onboarding, you move into the full member community with the same foundation as everyone else.
Every new member begins with a month-long onboarding cohort capped at 23 people. This process is designed to prepare you to participate fully in the Lab throughout your search.
A live deal doesn’t wait for onboarding.
If you are already under LOI, Advisor support starts immediately. You’ll still complete onboarding with your cohort, but you won’t need to put the deal on hold while you do it.
Your acceptance isn’t tied to a single start date. Choose the available cohort that gives you the right timing for work, travel, or an active deal.
