The rules
You earn one referral credit when a person you refer joins the Lab and pays. Three things have to be true.
Your personal referral link is how we know they came from you. If they do not use it, we cannot give you credit.
Both have to happen before midnight ET on December 31, 2026.
That means they have not applied to the Lab in the last 6 months.

The person you refer needs to join and pay before midnight ET on December 31, 2026, and they need to be new to us, meaning they have not applied to the Lab in the last 6 months. They can start with any future cohort.
A referral is locked in once the person you referred passes their first 30 days as a paying member. Until then it is pending, so we settle cabin discounts, comps, airfare, and cash after that window closes.
Cabin rewards depend on availability in our summit block. If the block is full when you cash in, those credits convert to $500 each. Airfare is economy roundtrip from the continental US, up to $1,500 per ticket. Beyond 5 referrals, each additional referral earns you $500.
Cannot make the summit? We will pay you $500 for every person you refer instead. You take the summit rewards or the cash, not both, and cash is sent within 45 days of your referred member starting their cohort.
