Most sessions within the Lab close with an opportunity for open discussion.

During a session with Cohort 11, the question was raised by a member about how to compete in a difficult market as a first time buyer. The resulting discussion centered around the motivations and experience of a first time buyer as well as how best to build a reputation as a serious investor.

We’ve decided to make the excerpt public to share the knowledge with the larger Buy Then Build community but also give everyone a feel for the culture and experience within the Lab.
